How do I track my package?We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to view the shipping status of your package.

When will my order be shipped?Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

Why isn't my shipment status updated?Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can include weather events, customs or backorders.

What is your returns policy?If there is something wrong with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help you review the case and if approved, we will do send a replacement. Please do not return anything until we have reviewed the case. Our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions. www.maiyue.net reserves the right to refuse returns. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
